- The Trial class must be paid before or the day of the class.
- The payment of the term, examination fee, outfit fee or recital fee must be paid in full before the student start his participation at the dance classes. Participants will not be allowed to attend classes until payment has been completed. DFZ cannot take responsibility for classes and events missed due to non-payment.
- Due to the financial obligations DFZ incurs in rental of facilities, time and other costs, payments for classes, exams or outfits are not refundable.
- Dance Fuzion’s teachers are responsible for the wellbeing of the students only during the class. Before, after and in between the classes the teachers are not responsible.
- Every child must be provided with a health insurance by their parents.
- Priority is given to students who participate in the Modern dance exams. Teachers hold the right to use time from the Ballet classes to Modern dance classes to help the students before their exams.
- Before a show, priority is given to the training of the show’s choreographies. It is possible that Modern dance choreographies will be practiced during Ballet classes. Students who don‘t participate in Modern dance classes will have to wait during that time or they can learn the choreography but they will not dance at the show.
- If extra classes take place before the exams or a show, those classes will be deducted from the amount of classes of June.
- If a student fails to show up at the extra class, the class cannot be replaced or refunded.
- Although the best is done to organise extra classes in advance, the extra classes might be organised on a short notice according to the students‘ needs.
- Photos and videos taken during the open classes or the shows will be used on the website of Dance Fuzion, social media and for decoration of the school.
- Dance Fuzion is not responsible for the day and time of the ISTD exams. Although ISTD is advised to hold the exams during weekends, there is a high chance that the exams will take place during a school day.
- Students of Modern Dance train for the examinations of ISTD. Due to the high physical demands of the exams, participation in Ballet classes is obligatory.
